Empower yourself with Rest. The pause in between the hurriedness of life holds magic for our health and wellness that so many of us are missing. The practice of Restorative Yoga provides mindful support for the body to melt into each pose as it’s propped with blocks and bolsters, and covered with soft blankets. Class will end with a guided meditation to enhance each students ability to deeply relax even further. We are offering a six week series beginning in September, you may choose which one works best for you our daytime or evening class.
